ThunderDongle - custom EURO 4 fuel key - O2 eliminator

• Improved engine performance and throttle response:

  ThunderDongle is a simple and effective electronic module that optimizes the fuel-air mixture in the low- and mid-range RPM range. The device replaces the stock narrowband lambda (O2) sensor connector, correcting excessively lean factory fuel maps that cause engine hesitation, rough running, and excessive exhaust system heat.

  Thanks to the use of a dongle, the ECU receives a stable, optimized signal, which translates into a smoother response to gas, better engine flexibility and significantly more pleasant operating characteristics in the lower and mid-range of revs - especially noticeable in city, touring and off-road driving.

• How it works: Stock ECUs in many KTM / Husqvarna / GasGas models operate in the low RPM range with a very lean mixture (around AFR 14.7), resulting in jerking, poor throttle response, and increased exhaust manifold temperatures. ThunderDongle emulates the lambda sensor signal, maintaining the mixture at a safer, more optimal level, improving engine refinement without interfering with ECU maps.

• Benefits: Smoother throttle response, reduced jerking at low revs, improved engine flexibility, better engine performance, lower exhaust system operating temperatures.

• Plug & Play Installation: The device mounts directly in place of the stock O2 sensor plug. Installation requires no soldering, ECU remapping, or interference with the motorcycle's wiring harness.
