Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been credited. Products available in the store are manufactured in short production runs and, to a large extent, made to order.
The order processing time (preparation for shipment) is from 1 to 21 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Processing times are indicative and may change due to unforeseen events, production delays, material shortages or technical issues. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

Delivery Methods

Within Poland, delivery is carried out via InPost (InPost parcel lockers and InPost courier), unless otherwise stated in the product offer.

For shipments within the European Union and to third countries (outside the EU), including the United States and other countries worldwide, delivery is carried out by international courier services or logistics operators cooperating with the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to choose the delivery carrier unless the Customer selects a specific delivery method available during checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, destination country and the carrier’s current delivery times.
After dispatch, the Customer will receive a shipment tracking number.

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Poland: 1–3 business days
European Union (excluding Poland): 3–14 business days (depending on the destination country)
Third countries (outside the EU, including the USA): 3–21 business days (international courier). Delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance.

The Seller shall not be liable for delays occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, in particular delays resulting from customs procedures, security checks, force majeure events or decisions of public authorities, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.

Current shipping costs (indicative):

Poland: PLN 16.99 (InPost parcel locker) / PLN 20.99 (InPost courier)
European Union (excluding Poland): EUR 13.90
United States: USD 49.90
Rest of the world: USD 59.90

The Seller reserves the right to change shipping costs. Customers are always informed of the applicable shipping cost before placing an order.

A minimum order value for shipping to selected countries may apply and will be indicated during checkout.

Receipt of Shipment

Customers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon collection from a parcel locker or delivery by courier.
In the event of any damage to the shipment, the Customer should contact the Seller immediately at: info@thunderparts.eu.

Where possible, Customers are advised to prepare a damage report with the carrier at the time of delivery, especially for international shipments.

International Shipping, Customs and Taxes

Orders are fulfilled within Poland, the European Union and to third countries (outside the EU).

For shipments outside the European Union (including the USA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other countries worldwide), shipments may be subject to customs clearance and additional charges, including customs duties, import taxes (VAT/sales tax) and handling fees charged by courier companies.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller has no control over the amount of such charges or the customs procedures applicable in the destination country.
